I have been a customer at South Dale Mabry Storage for more than a decade and have always found the facilities clean and secure and I have always received excellent customer service from everyone there, including the owner, Doug, and Lisa, the manager. The owner recently went above and beyond for me when I realized over the weekend that I lost my keys (which were labeled as to unit number) to my storage units. I thought I dropped them when I was removing items from storage the night before, so one of the employees was kind enough to search around the property for them, but the keys could not be found. Although they were closed for the weekend, the owner cut the locks for me and replaced them, and secured the keys for me to pick up when they reopened on Monday. The folks at South Dale Mabry Self Storage truly care about customer satisfaction. As a long-term and very satisfied customer, I highly recommend them!
